ABOUT US
Welcome to The Wolf Pack, where we explore, learn, and grow in the forest in beautiful East Sooke and Royston! We are a fully licensed childcare program established in 2019. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, CCFRI discount applied & ACCB subsidy available.
Our program is a nature based child care program for 3-6 year old explorers that allows children to learn outside the box in their own way without the limits of a modern day classroom environment. Our group size is small & personal with up to 8 kids, our days are child led and play & inquiry based. We also offer summer camps for 6-10 year olds, and drop in days throughout the year for homeschoolers & pro D days.
OUR MISSION
Through modern day technology and lifestyles, we have began to lose touch with how important nature, dirt, and risky play is for our bodies and souls. Especially with anxiety and ADHD diagnoses being on the rise for young children, we see nature and play based exploring as a huge asset to those that may be struggling. Our program intends to connect children with nature, fueling a love and respect for the natural world around us. We focus on grounding, independence, self regulation, self love, kindness & confidence, early literacy & numeracy, and respect for all beings.
